All orders, including express orders, placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Any payment authorization/verification, or national holiday may cause delays to your shipment.

We offer free FedEx Ground/Home shipping to domestic customers on orders totaling over $100 USD (excluding tax & shipping cost).
US SHIPPING METHODS (Excluding National Holidays & Weekends)
FedEx Ground/UPS Ground – Delivers Monday through Friday during regular business hours. (3-10 business days)
FedEx Home/UPS Ground – Delivers Monday through Saturday until 8PM (3-10 business days)
FedEx/UPS Overnight – Orders placed before 11AM PST will be process the same day and shipped the same or following day, (1-2 business days)
FedEx/UPS 2 Day – Orders placed before 11AM PST will be process the same day and shipped the same or following day. (2-3 business days)
FedEx/UPS Express Saver – Orders placed before 11AM PST will be process the same day and shipped the same or following day. (3-5 business days)
USPS Priority/Standard Mail – Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska & other US territories will be shipped via the United States Postal Service Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS (Excluding US holidays & Weekends)
DHL Int’l – Orders placed before 11AM PST will be process the same day and shipped the same or following day, arriving the next 2-10 business days.
FedEx Int’l Priority – Orders placed before 11AM PST will be process the same day and shipped the same or following day, arriving the next 2- 10 business days.
FedEx Int’l Economy – Delivers Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
United States Postal Service – Once package arrives in the destination country, it is passed on to that internal postal service. Check with your local postal service to inquire more details regarding the tracking. Delivers Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
INT’L SHIPMENTS, PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping duration may vary depending on distance, customs and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process.
The amount paid for the order does not reflect any importation taxes. We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded once we receive the package back. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
*We unfortunately cannot ship to Russia per the country’s importation laws.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke/fragrance free and in their resalable condition with all tags originally attached. Refunds/credit do not apply to items with reattached tags. Once the original tag is removed, it cannot be returned.
- All domestic must be received within 30 days from the date the order was received.
- All international sales are final and no returns allowed.
- Return Form must be included inside your return package, so we know who to refund.
- Discounted items are final sale. This also includes items purchased through a promotion code. Please make sure you purchase the correct style, size & color!
- We do not offer exchanges, so if you would like a different size/color/style, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
- You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Allow up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to post refund to account.
- If you feel you have received a faulty item, you must let us know within 7 days from date received. If the item was purchased from a third party retailer, you are required to provide a purchase receipt as well. M//C maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed that the cause of faulty item is due to regular wear and tear.
We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded, once we receive the package back.
- Any duty taxes initially paid cannot be reimbursed or credited.
We do not accept returns for international orders.
Any ineligible items received will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the ineligible item(s) back to you, otherwise the item will be discarded 7 days after arrival. Please be aware of this policy before sending in your return.
