STORE FAQ

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation upon checkout. After your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add info@michellebycomune.com to your approved email list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

SHIPPING
MICHELLE by Comune ships from Los Angeles, CA within 2 business days of your order date. All orders placed on a business day before 10:00 am PST will ship the same day. Depending on the shipping method you selected, your package will arrive from 1–10 days of the date it was shipped, depending on where you live in the US. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information for your package. Orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays.

ORDER STATUS
To check on your order, simply log into your account to view your order history. Select the order you are checking on and you’ll see the current status of your order.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
You can use the tracking number given to you in your Shipment Confirmation email to get the latest updates on your package delivery status.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Sorry, aside from Canada and Mexico, we are unable to accept international orders at this time. Make sure to subscribe to our mailing list to get important updates.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. Please see our RETURN POLICY if you decide to return your shipment.

REFUNDS
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. We will notify you via email when this transaction has taken place.

PROMO CODES
Using promo codes are simple and easy. Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. Simply enter your promo code in the promo code field then click APPLY. Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘PROMO’ line. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and only one can be used per order. Only one discount code may be applied to each order. Other exclusions may apply.
PROMO CODES AND SALE ITEMS

EXCHANGES
We cannot process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement item. See our full RETURN POLICY for more details.
RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
While some sale items can be returned, all final sale items will be noted at checkout and cannot be returned or exchanged. See our full RETURN POLICY for more details.
